We want heareka.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including older visitors and people with hearing or visual impairments. Accessibility matters to us because of who this study is for.
What we do
We have designed this site with large, readable text and clear contrast, simple language, and a straightforward layout that works on phones, tablets and computers. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard.
Known limitations
This is a developing site and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. We are continuing to improve it. If something is hard to read or use, we would like to hear about it.
Getting help or giving feedback
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or you would prefer to receive information in another format, contact us at hello@heareka.com and we will do our best to help. We welcome feedback on how we can make the site easier to use.
